I would firstly choose the A/D side since the lavatory by door 2L is the bigger/accessible one.
Then I would choose between 5A or 7A as they are closest to the door - which is easier to carry them during boarding/disembarkation.

Sure 5A or 7A. 7A is short a window but if you get stuck with Zodiac you dont have to worry about a rocking seat if that matters to you. But you are surely right the lav on that side is the big one on the 772 so 5A or 7A makes sense to be close to the door & lav.
