I’m also a little unsure on how to navigate this on BA’s website, on the manage my booking page, there’s a button to accept the changes, but I’m not sure I should be clicking this?!
I'm in the SFO involuntary F>J downgrade club - however, no button for me to accept the change to club suites (and no doubt painfully chase the 75% refund at a later date)
