It doesn't matter where it goes in the order because WGA will be the name of the lowest category of fare with many existing WGA benefits moving away to that new plus option.

All of this is too bad, but Southwest is not a low cost option for many anymore.
I can't see them limiting carry-on bags. Southwest's image as a friendly carrier goes out the window once they start policing people for bags.
