Called the Irish number last night at 7:23pm and was answered in less just under 20 minutes. Total call time was 48 minutes - fantastic rep who did everything I needed and had a bit of chat and banter back and forth. LHR-SEA-LHR had timings changed, meaning they didn't meet the original connections to HNL. All sorted, and I see SEA is 787-10, so that was a nice bonus, even if I had to swap an AS SEA-HNL for an AA LAX-HNL. Extra bonus was switching departure point from CDG to LHR, which saves me a lot of unnecessary flying. A win all round!
