Thanks. This is a normal revenue booking. I think I’m out of time for this outbound as we’re close to boarding, but I’m going to try to figure this out for the return!
Edit: I went over to the customer service desk to ask about changing the routing via a SDC. The agent said a change from a connecting flight to a direct flight is allowed (e.g., YYC–YYZ–YOW to YYC–YOW). But, not the other way around.
My return is currently booked as YOW–YYZ–YYC. It feels like a SDC to YOW–YUL–YYC should be allowed. I’ll try this and report back on Sunday!
