It sounds high, but all of the taxes here would be State of Colorado (2.9%), Eagle County (1.5%), Bachelor Gulch Metro District (5.0%), and Bachelor Gulch Village Civic Assessment (5.0%) which can be passed down to consumer within Bachelor Gulch. It’s possible that these numbers get you close, but I’m sorry for the surprise on your bill.
