Rather off topic I guess, but your report about the service sounds very familiar to me from a couple of Sandals stays (St Lucia last autumn, Antigua last month) - almost nothing proactive, inconsistent at best and frequently just poor. We'd not been to a high quality All Inclusive in the Caribbean before, so I'm wondering if it's always like this, or just because of the recovery from Covid. At least at Sandals the food is generally good, and the scuba diving is included.
