Question, so I'd be happy enough to be booked on Qatar, but do you think I'd be able to change the date too? Just I'm considering not going at all now, so if there was the option to move the dates to say April and with Qatar, then I'd like to do that, as I can't see any Avois availability on any airline between now and back end of next year (unsurprisingly).

I believe the rule to be +/- 3 days only. Your UK/EU 261 right is to travel at a later date at your convenience but I suspect you'd have to push this is BA via the legal / CEDR routes - there are other threads on here that can help with that!
