Oman yes - was mentioned way upthread. Assuming things haven’t changed since early November, all easy enough. No visa required for short stays. PCR result with QR code needed for entry (someone mentioned on another thread being fine without the QR but I would get one with for comfort). No vaccine checks anywhere I went. Masks in some places but not others. Watch out for speeding fines!
