Just wanted to provide some feedback at Collinson at LCY whom I used for an arrivals test last night.

TL-DR - cowboys stealing your money, don't use.

The longer version is that I had a booking for a particular time slot. However that didn't appear to be the case. The booking wasn't actually one, and for some reason, I had to re-register again to get to a 9 digit number before they would let me through. Totally different system to St. Pancras a month earlier. Thankfully I had some charge on my phone.

Once with that nine digit number, there was another queue to join which when you got to the front, someone wrote that down on a piece of paper, by hand, along with your details and everyone else's numbers as well. They then gave you a barcode.

You then joined another queue to actually get swabbed and leave.

The whole thing took roughly an hour. Speaking to the person in charge, they explained that they were taking sign-ups from people there and then, so the slot wasn't actually guaranteed.

Basically, they're trying to take as much money off people as they possibly can, and not delivering on the service they claim. Total scam and won't be using them again.
