Note that the travel insurance provided with USA-issued cards is very different from that offered in Canada and Europe.
We get a bit smaller fee but on the other hand we don't get any points back when we pay with points to travel. The insurance we get here is at least from what I gather the best travel insurance you can get. But getting 50% points back would for sure be worth a lot.
