I flew TWA domestic First a few times in the mid to late 90s. It must have included access to their lounge in STL because I remember visiting the Ambassador lounge but am sure I would not have paid for it at that time. Maybe it came with Elite status, which I had for a couple years.

On the plane they had very different meals than Continental, which was my usual airline, and I enjoyed the variety. Between Houston and St Louis we got a meal that would be about what you got on a pre-COVID Transcon. They served the F cabin from the cart, which I always found odd since CO served everything from the galley and you never had to contend with a cart in the aisle.
