Just like Encinitas. Also, who cares in a city hotel? Imagine the main attraction of Park Hyatt NY was a beautiful restaurant at the rooftop with great views, but thanks to NYC they want everybody to be able to enjoy the same views so the hotel now has to share half the space with the public and because of that there is only a little divider between you and some hobos camping in front of you and people going up and down every minute and taking pictures of you and your room (because on the Alila ALL the rooms face the public parking lot or the public ramp).
This hotel set up reminds me a lot of the beach motels we have in Florida see:
