didn't actually have it happen, but nearly, on the LHR-ZRH codeshare route with LX. Originally was reserved on a BA codeshare operated by LX, which needed a paper ticket. Switched to a BA operated flight and got the ticket issued as e-ticket. Checked that I could change it to the LX operated flight if I ran late (full Y) and was told that I would have to go to the BA ticket desk to have them issue a paper ticket in exchange for LX to process.
you know, when I started typing that paragraph, I really thought that I would add useful additional info to the thread, but by the time I got to the end I'd practically lost the will to live.
Am I really that exciting, or is it just the thought of having to take the LX flight home....
