Thanks, folks. Good to know. I’m not naive enough to think this doesn’t happen, but the egregiousness of these two within 2 days of each other caught me off guard.

I haven’t flown as much during Covid and can see how that might contribute, but just haven’t encountered this in all my time with DL and AA (which I previously regarded as the worst airline in terms of scheduling, cust exp).
