Only PQP earned for the base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges count toward this offer. PQP earned from Economy Plus® seating, Economy Plus subscriptions, preferred seat purchases, MileagePlus Upgrade Award co-pays, paid upgrades, promotional PQF or PQP, and/or credit card PQF or PQP do not count toward this offer. Basic Economy tickets earn PQP but do not earn PQF.

Well…depends.

F upgrades do get PQP based on the upgrade fee…for regular purposes. They do not, however, count toward most promotions, including status match challenges.
