Where do you get $124 from? If from AA website, I believe it's been a known issue what you see is not accurate. That is why there are controls/review processes in place to ensure accuracy as opposed to "refunding immediately" as another FT member alleged earlier. A schedule change took place where a flight (LHR-GVA) was cancelled and not replace. That qualifies for a full refund full stop. You're jumping the gun here with chargebacks and talks of taking AA to small claims.
Thank you. I was really upset at how this whole thing worked out and how the agent handled it. I then became even further upset when it seemed as if I was not going to get my ticket refunded. We'll see what AA does.
