The significant remaining issue for AS/OW connections is the gap between C and B. Once that is done, AS transfers to OW partners will be 15 to 20 minutes max if you're walking with a purpose.
The next step is for AS to move to T1, which might end up leapfrogging completion of the B-C connection. Nothing has been finalized yet, but the plan is to move in late 2023 or into 2024. (This is based on what our SFO station leadership has told us.)
