OK, Omicron mightn't be having any impact on the NHS but... I've had to help out family and friends with access to healthcare for serious issues (fractures, tumours, mental health) and the response from the NHS has been abysmal. A lot worse than in the past. I don't know if it's done on purpose (all those who had to have help are European immigrants) but it felt as if the response was designed to tell people to eff off and go private/back in their home countries.
