Thank you, I clearly failed to drill down through the FAQs etc.to get that far!

From the Membership Points page you need to click “Missing Points”, find the article “I am missing points from a stay, am I eligible…”, and then click on “Contact Us” which seems somewhat convoluted but there you go.
