Missing Stay (and Bonus) Points - How to Claim?
Accor seem to have removed all means of contacting them from their website (rather devious of them!)
When you click on the Missiong Points? link it just goes to a Help page with a bunch of 'FAQ'-type articles and I cannot find any link to a Contact form, Email Address or Phone Number anywhere.
Am I going mad, or are Accor being deliberately obstructive here?
