yep. Read the T&Cs. I do have one more question. I have a business trip coming up and company requires to buy thru portal and economy. In reading these T&Cs if I upgrade to first, those dollars do not count PQP as they were not part of base fair. Is that accurate?!

Only PQP earned for the base fare and carrier-imposed surcharges count toward this offer. PQP earned from Economy PlusŪ seating, Economy Plus subscriptions, preferred seat purchases, MileagePlus Upgrade Award co-pays, paid upgrades, promotional PQF or PQP, and/or credit card PQF or PQP do not count toward this offer. Basic Economy tickets earn PQP but do not earn PQF.
