Perhaps an ignorant comment but here goes: Why can't airlines follow Qatar in the same hard product as their QSuite? It's obviously an above par product that sets the bar today. Just curious to hear what reasons other e.g. OW airlines have as to why they wouldn't implement a similar hard product.
