Suggest you email Qantas Frequent Flyer <[email protected]>
A major failing on the QF ff web site is that it does not state the expiry,
I took your advice and wrote in to the email address you suggested. This was the reply:

Your Qantas Frequent Flyer account remains active, and your Qantas Points will not expire if you earn or use your Qantas Points (excluding transfer of points to or from an eligible family member or the conversion of points from Qantas Business Rewards) at least once every 18 months. Each time you earn new Qantas Points or use points from your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, the expiry date is extended for a period of 18 months from the end of that month.

Therefore, you will need to base on the last earning activity then count the 18 months period and the last day of the 18th month will be the expiry date.

You can check your last point activity by logging in to your account at qantas.com/youraccount and viewing Your Summary.
Does POINTS EXTENSION from Sept 21/21 count as activity? And before that, I also had POINTS EXTENSION on May25/21. Since I can only go back 12 months, those are the only items showing up.

Could this agent have been anymore unhelpful?
