true true: once here -and after a range of cocktails and swimming in the pool/sea and super amazing diner - it all seems less important

however: this delay did have material consequences for a lot of people- we missed our local inter-island connection and had to be rebooked (4 hours of holiday time wasted) and I could see other passengers (elderly, with children etc.) getting upset and nervous (whilst waiting for bags to arrive at MLE airport) - just because somebody failed to tow an aircraft from one terminal (in a major international aviation hub) to another on time with plenty of notice.
service in F was MEH (reflective of recent feedback here): menus, food choices (that pork roast!), having to ask the flight attendant to lay the tablecloth (they were happy to just place my starter onto the table they did not quite know how to pull out - ‘new’ first suites); having to ask to for a napkin, or help with getting the bed sorted - all these things would have been obvious and easily reconcilable to an experienced crew member.
we are in C on Turkish on our way back - interesting comparison awaits (very subjective of course - overall levels of comfort and being ‘cared for’)
