I shared this with a recently-retired tower agent/ramp controller whose best guesstimate was that the footage, at least of Delta operations in A Tower, was taken a couple of years ago. It's pre-COVID (no masks), a different tower agent/operations facility has since opened and some of the folks seen on the footage haven't been in that role for a while. Though it's not the same as previous videos that have been shared here, the featured people/commenters are different.

FWIW although the YouTube video was posted Dec 1, the same video content is on Amazon prime (I think, it's in my watchlist but I haven't watched it yet but the first 10-15 seconds is the same anyway
) as "The Secret Life of the World's Busiest Airport" where the program notes say 2018.
