I am trying to make a change to my flight on the aircanada website and am getting the following error after clicking on the new flights I want

"We're not able to complete your request. Please choose another form of payment or contact Air Canada ReservationsOpens in a new window for assistance.RB_SLCN_001"

Has anyone else seen this? I can't tell if it's due to an outage or if I need to call to change my itinerary
