Probably not worth 40k points in my opinion. A Cat 1-7 certificate is worth MAX 30k points (I'd say realistically more like 25k because of the expiration issue).
Marginally worth it, as the two TSU are worth at least 10k points, making the total 45k-50k vs. 40k.

Don't you also get the Concierge?
