Slightly more seriously than my earlier post (!):

If the pass were transferable and resellable (which this isn't, it seems) then it could be worth $3m. It would have a resale value which would offset the purchase price and, if transferable, would allow a small business to use it for, say, 100 flights per year. Remember that five-year Wimbledon debentures (transferable, resellable) go for c£35k each for 50-days tennis.

Personally ..... £100k would possibly be in the ball park. This assumes I took 5 personal return trips per year in F (more than I do now in J) which would have an ex-UK value of c£25k but an ex-LIS / ex-VIE value of only £10-12k. It would still be a marginal call, however.
