Wow, the IHG Select card is back?!? I've been holding onto mine from several years ago as there'd be no way to get it back once canceled. Pluses: For a $49 AF I find it easy to make the annual free night cert (40k point limit) worth $120 to $150, and the 10% refund on redeemed award points is worth at least $70 to me most years.

Updated to clarify: the IHG Select card is not back. The IHG Traveler card is no-AF and is just a points earning card, no free night certs or points rebates.
