T4 is being used for red list arrivals - presumably the aircraft going out to MLE each night is coming in from somewhere on the red list and having to go to T4 first before being towed to T5.
It doesn't work like that, red list arrival aircraft have never gone to T4, they go to their normal terminal and the UK arriving pax get bussed over to T4 once connecting pax have been let off.
