In 2019 all of the Las Vegas FHR properties offered Spa credits rather than Dining. (Read HERE). This changed in 2020 when spas closed due to pandemic. It is still true at Cosmopolitan, Four Seasons, Wynn, though in practice they may allow a change to F&B on an exception basis.
