In general, a great stay that was meant to burn our $200 FHR credit for the year. We walked over from the Sheraton (another amazing stay), and the hotel was very flexible in allowing us earlier check-in and very late check-out. No resort fee was charged, and took part in the offered yoga classes and single use coupon for the pastry car. Our preference is still Sheraton, as it is easier to obtain suite upgrades and a significant # of the rooms are ocean view. The Historic Suite we did have was very large and comfortable, but still dated. Loved the quiet after the busier Sheraton.

Booked the stay to burn $200 FHR credit (also used Amex offer 150 off 800). Room rate was ~100 higher than MR website. Also NO resort fee was charged. Old hotel but appeared more upscale than Sheraton. Mailani ocean view room was very nice with large balcony. Housekeeping service was top notch (daily housekeeping and turndown). Best location to access to Waikiki beach, shopping, and restaurant. Highly recommended.
