If using points/awards to land a suite, HdL is for me.

Madeleine I barely used in recent years, even as they were better for larger rooms on average for me than the Park Hyatt. Location is fine for both and I prefer their locations over that of HdL.

The Etoile has some great views and a lounge, but it’s too far from most action for people who like to have things around in walking distance and feel like “this is Paris”.

Don’t consider the Hyatt CDG for a stay like this. I’ve done a few trips of staying at the Sheraton CDG for days at a stretch, and the commute in and out is just a drag that takes away time from enjoying the city. And it was even worse when doing this while staying at HR CDG over multiple nights.
