1. Correct, earned by flying for work
2. 4 segments before being grounded due to COVID, so not a whole lot of PQP
3. Currently stand around 11K PQP in ‘21, though that includes the bonuses (but no BoB PQP reflected in my account just yet)
4. US, fly out of ORD.
