Congrats on hitting 100K Elite status. I've been at 20K status most of this year and just did their status match challenge to move up to 50K status using my Hilton Honors Gold status I have via my AMEX Hilton Surpass Card ($95 annual fee). I thought about upgrading to the AMEX Hilton Aspire card as that gives you Hilton Diamond and Frontier will match that to 100K status. The catch is that the AMEX Aspire is $450 annual fee. So if you fly Frontier enough and would use the Works upgrade often, then this could be a good deal.
