Yes Prime Class DOES have a lounge located by gate 8 at JFK, it does stay open until Midnight, however it is NOT however utilized as TK's lounge, that would be the LH lounge. Yes if you have Priority Pass or wish to pay for it, you can use it, however if you are flying business or are E+ or whatever you do NOT get it as part of the lounge service that one would expect.
Yes, you are right in this case, last time when I checked the Primeclass website TK was on the list but now, probably they are saving money and not contracting the Primeclass Lounge any more.
