I flew to Morocco on Monday 11/29 and upon arrival, I received a message that my return flight was cancelled. Morocco gov issued a border closure notice on 11/28 for incoming flights, and since RyanAir was still operating there, I opted to still travel. Return trip that got cancelled was on 12/02. I had to fly to France and then connect home on my own. Lots of other airlines still flying to Morocco and I had no support whatsoever from RyanAir. Do I have a valid EC261 claim here?
