I’ve driven to Punta Mita twice during the pandemic with a rental from PVR. Pretty easy.

I used National Car Rental both times as it’s an easy walk over the bridge to the rental agency. I prepaid gas and full insurance which wasn’t cheap but gave peace of mind.
