Hi. Is this the only one he can use? I flew into DFW en route to LAX via Doha 3 years ago. After spending 7 hrs at Al Mourjan and 16 hrs in qsuites, I nearly puked at the state of the AA admirable lounge. They were serving garbage worse than Panda Express. The food in Kathmandu's Radisson lounge was like 20 times better. And Kathmandu's airport is a literal shithole (Native Nepali)

If he's got a long enough layover he can go to the Admirals Club in T3 for a while (of Flagship Lounge if it's open by then). In those situations I start heading over to T5 about an hour and a half before flight time.
Dad has an 8-hr layover. Is Admirals club operated by AA? How can he access it when he's flying Qatar? Qatar's website says he can access Air France lounge which is supposedly closed right now...
