Then why do you consider aisle or window seats in the front to be "Premium", if, all else being equal, the front doesn't make a difference?
You're calling the front seats premium (which they really aren't), yet later stating that the front makes no difference.

If indeed, the front is better (as most people will attest to), then why shouldn't somebody paying the exact same fare as you are be able to have access to them?
You got first choice at seats--thats your elite benefit. If it bothers you that much you should be buying first class.
