You must fill in a form before you arrive in Ireland called the COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form

By law, passengers arriving to Ireland from overseas are required to complete this form, with the exception of the following:



international transport workers with Annex 3 certificate



drivers of a heavy goods vehicle



those with diplomatic privileges and immunity



Information you will be required to provide:



the mobile phone number that you will use when in Ireland



your email address



your place of residence when staying in Ireland



information on how you arrived in Ireland (for example: name of airline or ferry, flight/ferry number)
