I see an email dated 18 September 2021, expiring 31 January 2022 with Subject: You could earn 90,000 Membership Rewards points after you apply to add the Business Gold Card

More often I see Business Gold offers when I login to americanexpress.com. Perhaps you saw it there, rather than in an email?
