Gotta admit, you guys down under really have a natural affinity for perfecting grilled meats! Assuming that I'd ever be free to roam HKG again, as I've always told traveling companions new to the airport interesting in a good meats offering, dropping by the QF lounge immediately upon entry is standard practice.
Funnily enough, Neil Perry, the restauranteur who designs the QF inflight and lounge dining, just opened a new restaurant which I had lunch at a few weeks ago and
the menu is pretty much all about grilling.
