Flight gone "Red" and says I "might wish" to rebook my flight?

Daughter has flights tomorrow GLA-LHR-BAHRAIN and has had two cryptic emails (one GLA-LHR, the other LHR-BAH) stating:
To ensure we can support you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we’ve brought in changes to ba.com. If you are due to travel before Tuesday 07th December you can visit the Manage My Booking section and:
Change your flight booking
Request a voucher for future travel if you no longer wish to take your flight
Customers whose flights have been cancelled can request a full refund
In MMB, her LHR-BAH flight tomorrow is in red, but just offers a chance to rebook. Doesn't say it is cancelled!
So is her trip cancelled, or not?
