I signed up for Clear through the benefits page, but I never got the credit on my account (it's been about a month and a half). I asked them about it, and the person in the chat said that I enrolled in the benefit two days after it was billed to my account so I won't get the credit. Has anyone else had this happen? I don't understand how it's possible since you simply follow the link to sign up and I'm not sure what else to do. Kind of annoying since I wouldn't have used Clear otherwise.
