Most of the times I've had food poisoning I started to feel symptoms within a couple hours and I can tell what it was that I ate that caused it (usually as I'm throwing it up).
Thank you for this!!!! I got food poisoning from a restaurant and they gave me the 24-48 hour response and stated it wasn't probably them. I always thought it was BS, when you feel great and go into a restaurant, and a few hours later feel like you want to die, you know your heart it was what you just ate. I have seen this repeated over and over again so thanks for providing proof showing otherwise. Yes in a couple of cases it can be a day or two, but the body isn't stupid, if something is toxic to your body, it's not going to wait two days to get rid of it, it will want it to go asap.
