Airside Transit Bangkok BKK

Hello Team,

This is my first post. Will appreciate your well-traveled experience.

I'm an Indian citizen with American permanent residency (Green Card) I'm traveling to India via multi-tickets journey.

During my return from India my journey is like this.

DEL Delhi India to JFK New York like this

Go Air Ticket (DEL - BKK ) -- Booking 1

Transit time is 4 hours @ BKK

All Nippon Airways Ticket (BKK Bangkok- HND Tokyo - JFK New York) Booking 2

The transit is in Bangkok and I do not plan to carry any checked-in Baggage to avoid being required to go out to re-check into the airport.

ANA (All Nippon Airways) allows having mobile checking and boarding pass.

I have applied for e-Visa for Thailand a week back (just in case I'm forced to enter the country) OR if someone asks at DEL airport prior to check-in at the start of the journey at DEL Delhi.

Now that I have laid out the circumstances, here are the questions.
  1. Allowed to board from DEL Delhi (
  2. If I stay airside (OR if I'm allowed to stay airside), can I check-in successfully at BKK airport for my onward journey either thru Airside counters at BKK airport?

Do you guys think it’s advisable to undertake this journey? Or should book a separate ticket?
