just a thought from the employee side. The starting cabin crew salary is now a measly SIXTEEN thousand pounds. Said crew member is also being gifted such delights as £2.73 spending money for 24hrs in Buenos Aires… it’s tough out there for the crew, many of whom require second jobs to keep going. I think this certainly contributes to the issues that you’re describing above.
right but doesnt one know what they are getting in to? i wouldnt quit my job and be a cabin crew knowing the salary (not to mention id be THE WORST). but if you are BA, you are supposedly hiring the best, and meant to deliver the best
