If you really want to see people chase status and get nothing, or close to nothing, follow vegas/gambling pages. People bust their butt to get to the next tier which gives them very little. Comps in the gambling world are based on average PLAY and not tier. But - people keep chasing it. Vegasmessageboard is my favorite. There are some on FB, but there are a way more people without a clue on the FB pages.
